MK Floral Atelier grew from something that had always been part of my life. The feeling that flowers can hold meaning beyond what we see.
For years, I created flowers for people close to me. Weddings for friends. A cousin's engagement. Arrangements made at five in the morning, before anyone else in the house was awake.
In 2026, I stopped doing it quietly.
I gave that part of myself a name, a place and room to grow. Today, I create floral designs shaped by the people, places and stories behind them.Every stem I place has a purpose.
Every curve, every petal tells a story.
Ghanaian roots. Born in Germany. A decade in the Netherlands, married to a Dutch man. Another world folded into mine, and a year in Mozambique somewhere in between.
I know what it is to carry more than one place inside you. To belong to several worlds at once and find your own language that holds all of them.
The work I hold closest is for couples navigating different cultures, family traditions and histories. Couples who want their flowers to reflect not just how their day looks, but who they are and the people who brought them here.
I know how much it matters to see both your stories reflected in the details of your most important day.
That is something sacred.
